Home Services Rates and Fees

Bench Rates
($60/hour)

This rate covers both Home and Business systems that are brought into the PlanetCPU Depot for bench work (including Diagnosis, Virus Removals, Software/Application Repairs, Hardware Repairs/Replacement, etc.) by one of our highly qualified super-friendly technicians.

 

At-Home Service Rate
($85/hour + trip fee)

This rate covers services performed on a Home Based System at your own site (including Diagnosis, Virus Removals, Software/Application Repairs, Hardware Repairs/Replacement, etc.) by one of our highly qualified, super-friendly technicians.


On-Site SMB / Corporate Rate
($110/hour + trip fee)

This rate covers services performed on a Business Based System at your own site (including Diagnosis, Virus Removals, Software/Application Repairs, Hardware Repairs/Replacement, etc.) by one of our highly qualified, super-friendly technicians.

 

Trip Rate

All "At-Home" and "On-Site SMB / Corporate" service calls are subject to a trip rate, which covers time, expenses and fuel during the travel process to your location. Only one "trip fee" is billed per service call (not both ways). Millage is determined from our Fergus depot.

Zone "A" - Elora/Fergus/Belwood - $25
Zone "B" - Guelph/Kitchener/Orangeville - $40
Zone "C" (30+ km) - Regular Service Rate X 1 Way Driving Time
