 Johnny Barkovich is the Purchase Manager and Lead Technician, the go-to guy in the lab when every other attempt to fix a problem doesn’t work. “When we don’t have the answer, we ask Johnny.” That’s okay, because Johnny has been on this team for six years and he’s seen every kind of computer issue you could imagine. Go ahead and try to stump him, because this self-proclaimed nerd has been taking computers apart and putting them back to together for as long as he can remember. It’s not just a hobby, it’s his happy place, and for a guy who is self-taught, he’s earned his trade by experience.
Johnny loves working at PlanetCPU because customers know he can fix their issues, and he knows he has a great crew around him who work hard. The camaraderie makes for a fun environment. And when it gets tense, when stress levels get high, Johnny is the Joker, lightening the vibe by annoying his teammates with all the amusement of knowing a little laughter goes a long way to making things come out alright. Leading the way, he knows his team all share a commitment to offering personal service, treating people like they should be treated, and doing the best job to keep standards high. The best success is when a customer leaves happy and comes back the next time they need help. Of course, by then they call him Johnny too, because they know he’s going to have the answer.
